Even though we got one of the worst rooms (downstairs facing the street), it was still a pleasant stay. Staff is incredibly sweet. Complimentary breakfast is yogurt parfait. The afternoon, homemade cookies were divine and I looked forward to them each day during our stay 🥰 - there’s even a wine hour where there was complimentary wine to pair with your cookies! Such a treat! Housekeeping is amazing and works incredibly hard to ensure that your room is spotless. Walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything but that is what happens when you stay at a historic, charming little inn. All in all, we pleasantly enjoyed our stay. The incredible service made us feel like we stayed at a four seasons property. Thank you team for everything!

The rooms are really smelly They say that they have breakfast, but it's terrible. I got charged three times for my stay, and for resort fee which was already included in the price of the hotel. I finally got the hotel to reverse the charge after driving back to the hotel and arguing with them. I nearly missed my flight. Front of staff have no knowledge of the area

We absolutely loved the Centrella Hotel. The Victorian house is stunning, staff goes above and beyond, the grounds are meticulous. Location is central to everything. Light breakfast in the morning and the glass of complimentary wine in the evening is a nice touch. Thank you, Centrella for the best experience!

Great location to the beach (lovers point) and friendly stuff. We were also provided nice breakfast with pastries, tea, and their homemade yoghurt parfait. Room is clean and we love our stay there
