Agoda won't help resolve my issues. Hotel has very bad sound isolation system, you can hear people nearby snore, talk, everything. AC loud too. Room was close to the street, noisy to an extent that I woke up at 4-5 am and feeling dizzy the whole day. Hotel price would significantly drop during your stay and then agoda tell you that it's non refundable and they can't do anything about it. The shower temp was not hot, needed heat to relieve goose bumps. Cleaning staff would enter your room directly by swiping their card without even knocking, so it will suck if you were still in bed when they were entering. If you ask to change room they could refuse you, or may give you a smaller room (that doesn't meet your needs or match what you booked, so you'll change your mind to switch rooms). And owner would yell at you on the phone to ask you to drop off the new keys at the office and blame you for not having done it, when you had clearly completed everything if they bothered to check their front desk. They did not provide me with toothpaste. They said they had laundry washing on the booking page but they didn't, you had to drive to laundromat and do it yourself. It is a small inn next to the street. Definitely did not worth that almost ＄200 Ia night that I've spent. This is such a ridiculous experience.

This is a small, family run motel with limited special features. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so.
