The owner is staying downstair and cctv in public area
owner staying downstair for the homestay. CCTV in the publics area make us not so comfortable and the room price is so no friendly .I rent 3 rooms @RM555. can check in at 1pm and check out at 11am. this timing to heck out is a bit rush for us with the elderly and kids.but owner is good he just wait at the doorside without chasing us. Overall the area is quit clean.

The location is fantastic and convenient shopping nearby. The facilities are well-maintained, including clean bathrooms and reliable hot water. Owner is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Strategic Location & Convenience
The location and facilities are perfect. The only concern is the honestay owner installed the cctv in the house, from what we can see is: there is one camera at living room area, not too sure is there any other camera at other area. Feel very uneasy and no privacy because half of group are women.
