The location is great, right in front of kasara ghat. Terrace view is great. You can travel in any direction based on the places you want to see. Tragalwadi, kalsubai, dams and waterfalls nearby. Caretaker and cook are very polite and cooperative. Rooms are big and have floor mattresses for extra guests. Can easily accommodate 12-16 people. Other facilities are good. Some indoor games can be added. You can use the dedicated swimming pool within the villa as well as the society common pool. There's a common place to play cricket and basketball. ACs work and ventilation is adequate. Fridge and cooking utensils are available. A toaster and microwave needs to be added. Only challenge faced was during entry at the security gate. It seems the society where villa is located doesn't allow guys group. We had a mixed group, else it would be a challenge to enter. Confirm with the owner before booking, in case you're traveling as band of boys. Recommended place.

A good place if you're in Igatpuri
