I was given 2 different online codes ( what’s a mess ) to do self check in at late night in a 3 floors apartment without a single lift ( God blessed If you are carrying big luggages ) . Be aware that you need to provide your card’s details in full for their unreasonable security purposes even though you had settled full payment prior checking in . Room was not tallying with pictures,I paid for a 3 persons room and was given a room with one single bed and one mini double bed . I asked for toiletries and was told by the PIC that housekeeper would come only after 10.00am ( sorry if you leave your room early ). Superb-slow WiFi thus get ready your own mobile data for any urgency. My overall experience for staying 3 nights in TLK ☹️😞😫

Was difficult to check in. I didn't got much help from the hotel. It was very confusing and complicated.

Trou à rats
Fuiez. Trou à rats. Absolument horrible. Marchand de sommeil. Impossible de les joindre par mail ou téléphone. Ne repondent jamais. Arrivés à 1h du matin dans une chambre déjà occupée.... 1h d attente pour les joindre et etre Relogés dans un taudit. Une chambre sans volets ni rideaux aux fenetres (réveillés par le jour à 6h). Cuvette des wc cassée. Douche sale et moisie. Plafond decrepi par la moisissure. Une horreur. On entend les voisins parler, les lits grincer.... J avais réservé 2j. Ils n ont pas voulu annuler le 2e jour, me reloger ni meme rembourser. Il faut rester dans leur porcherie. Ne repondent plus aux mails, téléphone et font le mort. J avais demandé une cuisine (cause allergies alimentaires ), rien. Nullissime. Degueulasse. Le tout 100 euros la nuit. honteux Nous avons fui. Impossiblr d obtenir le remboursement de la nuit que nous n avons pas passé sur place. Ils ont repondu 3j apres, qu on avait une reduction de 30% sur notre prochain voyage...
