For balance: Great location Exceptionally clean Outstanding potential....... But: Reception hours "till 11pm". Arrived at 10:30 pm. No one in sight. Doors locked, no answer on the intercom (20 + attempts) no answer on the phone number provided by Agoda and posted on thr door (10+ calls). Around 11:30 pm, a worker finally appeared - told me to "chill" (tranquilo) after spending an hour locked outside and added "relax, you are on a holiday". Potentially the most unprofessional worker I have ever encountered in customer service. The air conditioner in the flat was also substandard and continually cut out after a few minutes , requiring a reset. Of course , no one was available on the number provided to come and fix it. The location is exceptional , and this apartment could be so much more if it wasn't for the absolutely catastrophic service failures. I clock over one hundred and fifty hotel nights a year (road warrior) - and this experience was the absolute worst in at least the last five years of travelling.

Big room and bathroom, huge terrace (could do with a bit of shade) in central but quite road, right by the supermarket and a stones throw away from bars and restaurants. Not a smart TV but If it’s a problem bring a firestick and now you e got a small but smart TV set up. Would def stay again at the same price

At first i was surprised my room was in a different location but it turned out to be in a perfect location close to the beach and all the gay bars and restaurants. Very quiet room with good amenities. I recommend 200%
