LUMBA LUMBA INN WARU

Lokasi deket terminal bungurasih, deket stasiun waru, fasilitas juga oke.

Good things : The price quite worth the money, the location is very strategic, beside the Bungurasih bus terminal. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, the water heater functioned well, clean water, and amenities quite complete. We booked for couple of rooms, and the room sizes are various, even on the same floor and same prices, some rooms have window and bigger than others, some rooms without window and smaller space. Need improve : It was the second time I booked the room in this hotel, the staff were remain passive, not communicative, not really friendly. One of the room's door was error to unlock with the card, and the staff didn't give any useful or satisfactory solution. Aircon in one of the rooms didn't work well. The towels were not feasible. The instant meals that they sold weren't listed, the staff only tell me the total of the meals and drink I bought, and no receipt paper, the edc machine couldn't be used, so we used cash only. The parking yard and lobby are a bit smelly.

Helpful staff, good hotel, very strategic as the hotel placed right beside the terminal gate AC and water heater work properly
