Great value and service! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The facilities were excellent, including the spacious rooms and the housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was decent, although shopping options were limited. However, the walkability of the area made up for it. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its great value and service.

This is a good value for the money— the staff are great — especially Luis — he is the nicest of nice - Luis went out of his way to be helpful and drove us and took us everywhere we needed to go — the only downside was my friend and I were here during fly season around November 23 - and many many flies until 5 pm when they disappear— other than that I r enjoyed my stay here!

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience - the staff in particular were very kind and helpful with any questions or anything we needed, they also setup and explained to us a hike up mt batur which we did and was an amazing experience, our guide was very knowledgeable and we got breakfast included, the pool was nice to swim in on a hot day. The facilities were all that we needed, over all a very comfortable stay and good value for money.
