I spent two nights there. Beautiful bay with lots of fishes, turtles and a dugong. Food is good, rooms are nice. Bad experience with the reception. They gave me a room facing a wall. After my complain they offered a room facing the restaurant. Only when I was still not happy I got a room facing the pool and view to the beach. The person in the reception was very unfriendly. This situation gave a bad taste to my stay. A woman alone for two nights, maybe this was the reason.

This hotel in Marsa Alam is truly the most satisfying place I've stayed at in Egypt. Marsa is generally a euro-based area where everything is quite expensive, but this hotel offers an all-inclusive package covering three meals and drinks, which is absolutely fantastic. What stood out was the chance to snorkel and see dugongs right from the hotel. We went shortly before 10:00 AM and spent over half an hour playing in the water—so thrilled to have successfully spotted dugongs! The food at the hotel was also excellent, and the service attitude of the staff was particularly impressive. Everyone would cheerfully ask, "What do you need? Can I help you? Did you see the dugongs?" The hotel also has a dive shop where you can rent equipment, but it’s best to bring your own gear, as the dive shop is often crowded and equipment gets fully rented out quickly. Above all, this is the cleanest hotel I’ve experienced in Egypt, with the best service and no expectation of tips. I super, super recommend it! Although the stay was a bit pricey, the all-inclusive meals, excellent service, and even having their own shuttle to drop you off at the GoBus station or other places made it a wonderful experience—absolutely fantastic, highly recommended! Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the hotel guests are mostly European and American. When we were there, we were the only Asians in the group.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jaz Costa Mares! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their warmth truly made the trip special. The resort itself is stunning. Lush, well-maintained gardens, crystal-clear pools, and a gorgeous stretch of beach create a truly relaxing atmosphere. Every corner felt beautifully designed and peaceful. Between the outstanding hospitality and the breathtaking surroundings, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

如果你来马萨阿拉姆，请一定要选这家酒店，所有服务人员素质极高，你能享受非常周到的服务，酒店环境也极其漂亮，各种设施一应俱全，整体氛围也惬意愉快，当然你更是可以看到儒艮！这太美妙了！

自驾过去的，遗憾是去深潜了，错过了看儒艮。提前到达酒店的，酒店不错，让我提前入住，虽然分配给我不是海景房，无所谓了，主要是玩和吃。
