Got what I paid for.

I stayed in a king bedroom, the sheets and bathroom was clean! The staff was nice, they offered housekeeping even though I was only staying for two nights, which is nice because you usually don’t get that at any other hotel. The complementary breakfast was great. I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay. It’s not the most luxury hotel, it’s still good for price and meets my standards when it come to cleanliness and service!

Great experience

Stayed in this hotel previously for the same amount of time. Never had issues like I did. The hot tub does not work but was not posted. Dead roaches in the room. Hotel staff entered my room. Door tag was on but was off the handle when I re-entered my room. I was there all day and no knock or call to ask for new towels/trash removed. The “housekeepers” went into my room and exchanged towels conveniently when I went to McDonald’s to grab dinner. Laptop bag was scattered opened with cards laying around. Very unsettling and no privacy. Very disappointed.

I’ve been in the area and traveling to local cities. Stayed here a few times with it the last few weeks. Booked for 2 nights in a row. Done this before no issues. Conveniently the “manager/owner” asked me what I do for work during my check-in. That Sunday we stayed in our room all day. We was up watching movies and didn’t leave until 630/7p to grab a bite to eat From a drive thru. During that time, our sign was on the door “do not disturb” (which was on the floor when I walked in. I was gone for no more than 20 minutes. The “housekeepers” came into our room, changed all the towels and emptied the trash. When I re-entered my room after grabbing dinner I noticed all the differences and my laptop bag was spread out and emptied. I then called the front desk and he said it would have been the housekeepers. I walked to the front desk to express my concern and he was not fazed one bit. I then noticed there were like 9 cameras turned off and I asked if it was one on my floor. He said no that one works. I asked to see the takes and he said he couldn’t and ask for the manager at 10a. He said it was the housekeepers and they were standing outside pacing the parking lot. I expressed my concern to the lady at the front desk. The manager was not on duty. During my current stay, after I went to check out the manager said straight to my face that I’m lying. I said excuse me. He said I was a liar and that he does not have housekeepers working that late. I replied with the young man at the desk that night said they were outside… he has also knocked/banged on the door prior to 1030a even though checkout is at 11a. He has also called the room over and over until someone answers. He is terrible! I am a paying customer whose privacy was violated!
