The place is great. Location is just near the center of Lingayen and transportation hubs, markets, shops etc. about an 8min drive to the beach. Indoor pool we were excited about though we noticed quite a few things floating and the water was stagnant so we didn’t feel it sanitary enough to go into. Spacious room. Though needs a phone to be able to reach the front desk. I had to use my cellphone. There was a sharp odor in the room that we had to endure but we for once decided not to make a fuss. Internet was horrible if you’re looking to work remotely or bring school work for kids. If those things can be improved upon, this place would be amazing

- booked 3 Executive Deluxe Rooms and 1 Exclusive Executive Room - secured parking space in front - our Executive Deluxe Room is air conditioned, but no window/view - friendly and accommodating staff - with ref, 42in TV e plenty of cable channels, closet, desk, breakfast table and chairs - shower with barely hot water coming out. - free breakfast is nice - free coffee and tea, basic toiletries, and bottled drinking water in room - no telephone / intercom to contact front desk - small indoor swimming pool - I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool but it was closed for treatment. It was peak travel season so they should have scheduled the cleaning on a non-busy weekdays. Our kids were frustrated for not being able to swim.

Location is just a few minutes away from the Victory Liner Bus Terminal (good to know if coming from Manila), Public Market, Supermarket and some restaurant. Room is too big for a solo traveler but the big space is appreciated. Cleanliness need improvement and I can't fully rate the facilities and the staff given that I focus more on exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I recommend the hotel as it's very close for some areas like the bus terminal and/or markets. I don't recommend the room for solo traveler as it maybe too big. I think it's better to call them directly for other room options.

All is very well. I can recommend this hotel. Location wise, very ideal. Room was really spacious and big enough for our the four of us (2Adults and 2kids). Breakfast served was very generous. Complete with soup and fruit desserts. To think we only availed plater meals. Staffs were friendly and helpful. However, we were not able to use the television bec cable was not working. Also apps installed on the tv were not working even though there was internet. Lastly, the bathroom has a bad smell. I’m not sure if the exhaust fan was not working properly or the smell came from the drainage. Really awful. Also, there were no floor mats inside. But I got to give compliment to the bathroom bec it was quite modern. All in all, the hotel is still commendable and might be considered on our next visit. :)
