Location is not too bad but it’s in a tight alley from main road. Parking is limited, but not impossible. We stayed in their Presidential suite, photos on website aren’t reflective of the actual room. Bedsheets and towels are worn out. The connecting rooms only has 1 chair for 4 of us. No where to hang towels or anything. Only 1 bench space for luggage. The room itself is very spacious but not practical for 4 people. Bathroom has sewage smell. Hot water works well. Aircon needs upgrade. Staff were great, no issues at all. The price is reasonable but we would probably not return unless the hotel is renovated.

Not flexible to change date. Bad communication of service staff cause I loss my money for one day room. A lot of stuff damage in room such as window and toilet door.
