We went for the new year staycation. There’s no valet parking. The rooms are big and spacious, provided toiletries, water bottles and tea/coffee. We booked the room for two but we got only one towel, no slippers and bathrobes provided. However, they provided towel, bathrobes and slippers later upon request. The housekeeping service was good but reception people were unresponsive. The AC in the room was not working properly. Even after calling multiple times in the reception, there’s no proper response from them. However, they sent a technician before the newyear party who didn’t work on it properly and whole night we couldn’t sleep. No one was responding to our calls at 1AM in the night after the new year party was over. We again complained in the morning and they send an technician 1hr before checkout and Fixed the AC issue. The hotel is good for staying with family and friends, the infinity pool is the USP, however, the management needs to improve their strategy and responsiveness. Buffet breakfast spread wasn’t upto the mark compared to other 5 star hotels or Radissons.

Have been staying at this hotel a couple times for work in the area. It's not easy to find reasonable quality options in such somewhat remote areas, but this is definitely one. Rooms are clean, there's a decent gym too

The facade of the Hotel looks ordinary, but it is very good inside. The facilities are excellent. The roof top infinity pool is too good. The food and kitchen services need improvement.

Had a great time, room was spacious and comfortable. The best thing was Upasana and colleagues at the reception were very helpful and they provided automatic room upgrade to a family suite without any extra cost seeing that we are a family.

This is the second stay at Elite. It was mainly for the night stay as the visit was to attend a function in Bangarpet. So, not explored either the breakfast or other facilities. Postives : Staff is very polite and professional. Nice place for family stay. Location wise pretty much off the NH. Kind of central location for anyone planning to visit nearby places in Kolar. First time overall cleanliness was good. This time it could have been better especially the bathroom taps, shower handles etc. Hot water was an issue. Management should look into this. Looks like it is a common line and one has to keep the water running for atleast 10 mins before one could get warm water. Forget water being hot. Did raise this concern to the staff but staff seemed a little helpless here. The concern is more about wastage of water. We were feeling bad about having to waste water and eventually just used the warm water itself. There was a wedding going on. Probably fully packed but still I would expect overall cleanliness to be maintained.
