Absolute nightmare stay! Avoid at all costs. Our stay here was genuinely awful from start to finish. The room was filthy, smelled terrible, and lacked basic safety features. the smoke alarm had literally been yanked from the wall. The amenities were broken: the sink was missing a plug entirely, the clogged showerhead sprayed water everywhere, and the ceiling fan shook so violently it felt like it would fly off, with no way to adjust the speed. Sleep was impossible. The mattress was completely worn out and sagging, and the sheets were so scratchy and low-quality they felt like needles. Worse, there was no top sheet, just an uncovered duvet sitting directly on the bottom sheet, forcing us to remake the bed ourselves. The walls are paper-thin; we were trapped between a 10-person party drinking and BBQing on one side, and a couple screaming and fighting on the other. The exterior was just as bad. The pool was closed with no explanation (an RV resident told us it had been shut down for weeks), and the front yard was littered with trash, including a bottle filled with urine. We felt incredibly unsafe the entire time. This property has no business being listed on any hotel site.

It was nice stay for us, it has all basic facilities, but bathroom size is very small. It’s near to historical Route 66 and Grand Canyon.

Not far from Grand Canyon. The room is nice, clean and basic. Everything that's needed for a short and calm stay.

Outstanding budget hotel like the kind I stayed at when traveling with my parents when I was a child. Room was clean and there is a coffee maker and microwave and refrigerator that make having my morning coffee before I head out really nice.

The train theme of the motel/RV park fit right into our traveling on Amtrak. Rooms were old but kept up really well. Pool was awesome as was the views and atmosphere. Will definitely stay again when traveling in the area.
