그랜드 호텔 듀카 디 만토바

Breakfast just good and same everyday, the room a bit old with water drops sometimes from ceiling of the toilet. The best thing there is 2 floor mall under the hotel.

The hotel has an acceptable location, especially because of the convenience of the nearby shopping mall. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price we paid. The TV in our room was not working, and despite reporting it, the hotel could not repair or replace it, nor offer us another room. More disappointing was the lack of interest from the front desk in finding a solution. We also asked for ice and were simply told that none was available. For a hotel advertised and priced as a 4-star property, these are very basic expectations. We definitely feel we overpaid for what we received. The location may be convenient, but the service and amenities felt much closer to a 2-star experience than a 4-star hotel.

On top of Vulcano Mall (somehow with low number of shoppers), restaurant and bar not really operational in the hotel. Connection to the city (12 mins bus to Metro Line M1 station) better than thought. Noise from highway ? one has to be very noise sensitive to be bothered by that.

Great Room, delicious Breakfast and Super Staff.

The hotel is not located at an optimum position. The accessibility is not good for those who travel without their car. Especially if you arrive late and the commercial center is closed. However, the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good but not continental. Air conditioner seemed working but we didn't feel it honestly.
