Short Stay at Aleva
Title: Mixed Experience at Aleva Hotel Review: My recent stay at Aleva Hotel was overall decent, but there were aspects that left room for improvement. While the accommodations were satisfactory, I found the cleanliness of the swimming pool to be lacking. The facilities could certainly be enhanced to better meet guests' expectations.

Nice and Romantic Villa
It is a nice designed and romantic room to stay for couple. The cleanliness of the room is not that clean, but the staff help us clean the floor again upon request. Special credit to the staffs there, they are all very friendly and nice.

Lovely villa with poor cleanliness
We stayed for 4 nights with our infant. The staff were friendly. The room & swimming pool are spacious. Sadly some of the wooden floor near the swimming pool were broken, so it is dangerous if someone gotta step on it as it is sharp. The location was superb. It is near a laundry & 24hr minimart. My most concern is the cleanliness of the villa. For such a lovely villa, it was so poor. The room was dusty & dirty. You can find dust & hair strand in every corner of the room & windows. There were drinks & food stains on the kitchen cabinet & drawers. The housekeeping didn't wipe our dining table for the whole 4 nights stay, only clean the breakfast plates & cups, so on our second night, there were lots of ants on the dining tables (that's why we know that they didn't wipe it). They also didn't clear the kitchen bin everyday even though it's full, so we gotta call the receiptionist to get them empty the bin.

my sister and i really enjoyed our stay at this villa! the staffs were friendly, and they even have in-house breakfast, which was really convenient. the location was great and really close to many places we wanted to explore. there's also a minimart right opposite the villa, which was super convenient for any last-minute runs. cons: the pool could have been a little cleaner, and there were small red ants all over the floor outside and around the pool. :( however, we really loved our stay here!! 🤍 definitely would recommend!
