리조 부티크 호텔

We didnt like our stay. Unfortunately, because we only stayed one night and they upgraded us to a big family room (although we are a couple). The hotel is in a good location, the room was big and spacious and well equipped, but unfortunately wasn’t so clean, specially the bathrooms:(. We also didnt manage to handle the safe, but the staff tried to help. We payed like 400 ron per night cause it was weekend. The location near everything the restaurants and all is nice.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with an overpowering stench of urine that permeated the entire building, including the corridors and our room. This foul odor made the stay extremely unpleasant and unbearable. The customer service was appalling. The staff displayed a disgusting attitude, showing a complete lack of professionalism and concern for guest satisfaction. When we tried to cancel our reservation upon experiencing the awful smell, we were rudely denied and forced to stay, despite our reasonable request. The hotel's online pictures are utterly misleading. The images depict a modern, clean, and inviting environment, but the reality is quite the opposite. The rooms are outdated, shabby, and far from what was advertised. It's clear that the photos have not been updated in years, giving a false impression to potential guests. Additionally, the corridors reeked and were in dire need of maintenance. Pets are allowed at this hotel, and I can only assume that this contributes to the pervasive smell. However, this does not excuse the lack of proper cleaning and hygiene standards. When we expressed that our reason for wanting to cancel was the smelly rooms and lack of cleanliness, the woman supervisor's response was shockingly aggressive. She threatened to call the police, further demonstrating the staff's complete disregard for customer service and proper hospitality. In conclusion, this hotel fails on every front – cleanliness, customer service, and honest representation. I strongly advise against staying here. There are far better options available where your comfort and satisfaction will be taken seriously.
