We visited the hotel as local tourist having sleepover for religious purpose. We booked 2 superior and 2 deluxe rooms, but the staffs gve us STANDARD room and said that what we receive is accprding to what we book (standard and deluxe). I did deep research on various platform and I confirmed that what i got is DEFINITELY standard room. The staff still look for justification and lied that there is higher room type named super deluxe, to justify that we are supposed to not have the best room type they have. VERY VERY DISCRIMINATIVE TO LOCALS, as if we're broke. NOT RECOMMENDED, WILL NEVER COME BACK. PLEASE BEWARE OF SCAMS HERE. Remember in hospitality LYING IS HIGHLY FATAL!!!

The garden, pool, restaurant and staff were all great, and the traditional style in which the hotel and grounds have been done is really nice. The room has a comfortable bed, with mosquito net, but the main problem was that neither the main door or bathroom door closed properly. This made it impossible to keep mosquitoes out of the bedroom, which was a real shame. We ended up having to keep mosquito coils lit in the room and on the table on the patio area throughout our stay. Also the bathroom is partially covered but also open to the outside, which meant you were battling mosquitoes when using the toilet, shower, bathroom! The WiFi was also a real pain. It only worked when in the hotel reception, but didn’t work anywhere else and we were in one of the nearest bungalows to reception. The food and service in the restaurant were great. Breakfast was simple but enough for us.

if after budget accommodation. Room clean with king bed, mosquito net, one minute walk to beach, outside bathroom, good a/c, no traffic noise. No TV, no fridge, mattress needed replacing, driveway chopped up, walk through mud to get to beach. Staff super friendly, very good meals reasonably priced, mini mart at end of street and plenty of warungs and restos to choose from minutes away. Pool with swim up bar and plenty of sun lounges. 5 or 6 set breakfast menus to choose from. Would love to spend a relaxing week there instead of just the 1 night I had. Would just make sure it was a renovated room. Most had new chrome door handles and lock where mine was 2 rings which had to be padlocked together and didn't close mosquitoes out.

I recently stayed at Tirta Sari Bunglows, Pemuteran and had a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful cottage stay in a quaint little town about 100 metres from the beach. The staff are courteous and prompt. The food was delicious though I think that the portion size for breakfast could have been slightly better. We didn't complain and just ended up buying what we needed even though the breakfast was complementary. On the first day we arrived, the food was delicious and the day after there were a few hits and misses. I am not sure if it was a different chef or they were skimping out on ingredients. However, overall the place is worth visiting and spending time in. It also has a beautiful pool by the restaurant and a spa. I would rate it 4 stars...

Superbe hotel, sérénité, repos Bungalows traditionnels dans un magnifique jardin avec une belle piscine, à deux pas de la mer Massage, centre de plongée et très bon restau.
