Arrived at 1.30 pm, property gate locked, called the phone number to be told to come back in 1.5 hour…. Back at hotel at 3 pm, gate open, but all hotel door locked… had to call. Employee (very nice) showed me the room which was freezing, I ask if there was a heater. Then Internet did not work… it took 1/2 hour to find out that “all security” had to be removed…. Finally switch on TV, to find out it was blurry… seriously?!? Employee, always very nice, swap it with the next door room. I travel a lot for work and always try to avoid France, as it seems that no one care about anything…
