• Manzil Jina is a loft style property inside a gated-community at the heart of Laiya's prime beach resorts. We offer the following facilities to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable. Although I do not provide TV at the property, the following items are available for your use, please use them with care:

• - 2 Double size foam mattress

• - 1 Sofa bed

• - Air-conditioning at the loft

• - 2 Electric fans

• - 2 Rechargeable fans with lamp

• - Refrigerator

• - Gas stove

• - Rice Cooker

• - Electric Kettle

• - Kitchen utensils available for your use inside the property only

• - Parking fee applies, P100 per day subject to change without prior notice

• - Mineral water (1 gal. free, subsequent use chargeable)

• - Wifi (portable 6gb consumable free per day)

• - No cable TV

• Exclusions:

• 1. Ecological fee (50 pesos subject to change by the Government)

• 2. Gate pass fee (100 pesos subject to change by the HOA)

• 3. Entrance fee to private beach resorts

• 4. Towels and toiletries. Please bring your own.

• Smart network signal is stronger in the property. Globe sometimes does not work sometimes.

• The property is not a beach front however, you can arrange with our caretaker to recommend for you nearby resorts that offer cottages/day tour if you have not yet done so. Nearest beach resort is 7-10 minutes walk away.

• Please make sure to turn off appliances and gas stove when not in use. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property safe and clean.

• We encourage guests to "Clean as you go" anywhere especially in the public beach area. Please bring your garbage back with you to the property for throwing at our designated garbage bins. It is not allowed to bring food when using public beach only. Public beach has no life-guard on duty, please proceed with caution.

• Pets are not allowed.
