Hotel Bakuriani Inn

Enjoyed the hotel. Even the lights arrangement at night helped the children to enjoy and play at night as well.l unlike other hotels.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Bakuriani and wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay and is a good choice for families, coming in as a strong runner-up to the Crystal Resort, which I consider the best in the area. Rooms and Service: The room furnishings and the level of service are average. Everything was functional, but it could use some modernization and more attentive staff. Dining: The on-site restaurant offers average food quality. It is fine for a quick meal, but nothing stands out memorably. Outdoor Amenities (The Highlights): The hotel truly shines when it comes to outdoor spaces and family-friendly features. It boasts a great courtyard, a dedicated children's play area, and various private seating areas where you can relax in peace. Location and Convenience: Parking is readily available, which is very convenient. Just outside the hotel, you will find a nearby supermarket. Additionally, there is a lovely green square close by that offers fun activities like horseback riding and ATV (quad bike) rentals. Verdict: While the indoor services, rooms, and food are only average, the fantastic outdoor spaces, kid-friendly activities, and convenient location make it a pleasant stay. I would rank it as the second-best hotel option in Bakuriani, right after the Crystal Resort.

Good hotel, meets all the needs of an average person. Rooms are very fine, breakfast is nice, it has eggs, sausages, muffins, matsony, cheese, cottage cheese, oatporrige, coffee, hot milk, some bakery and juice. The matrasses in some rooms need to be revised or just changed. Spa zone is very good for this price and type of hotel. Lifehack, check the sauna if it is hot before going, if it is not, ask the guy, he will help, or press the buttons. The saunas for men and women are separate, hamam wasn't working in October (I guess few people and no need to turn it on) It may not meet the requirements of the Turkish 5 star, but for this price it definitely meets the Georgian standards. The staff on the reception isn't very good, they are formally polite, but unkind and unreasonable: We have booked two nights in a row, but two times and had to change our rooms, though the booking was the same, the class room was the same, price was the same. And on 17th October there were few people in the hotel and even 1 floor out of 5 was filled and they said that we booked the room of a lower class, though in the booking and on the webpage it is the same class. While they could have saved the clean ladie's work of cleaning 1 room, instead of two.... maybe because of the nationality, very strange personal.

In summary I can recommend this hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and breakfast included. We like it very much. Swimming pool could be bigger, but not bad. Breakfast are not on 5 star hotel level. And jacuzzi never works when we was. But it's big chance we will come back next skiing season. Staff very nice. Thanks for Bakuriani Inn
