I have experienced the unforgettable and awesome Birthday surprise! and From the moment we arrived until the very second we left, we felt "super duper" well-taken care of. The level of service and hospitality truly made our Bali trip very special. Thanks and shout out to Ms. July, Mr. Mali and the rest of the staff. It really did feel like our home away from home, and we are already talking about when we can come back! I had a pleasant stay here. Great staff, decent food options. A little far from everything. So a scooter is recommended or be prepared to book rides everywhere. But a great, quiet spot if you're there for peace and quiet

I had a very good stay at The Kirana Ungasan. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

Nestled off the main road, and difficult to find. Fortunately had a ride-app drop us off or wouldn't have easily found the property. The benefit is it's very quiet here all day and in nature. Unfortunately the property doesn't look totally as advertised. The pool chairs are falling apart my friend almost fell through one. Superb view of the GWK statue from the pool. The pool is an infinity pool but based on the ring along the tile it hasn't been completely filled in quite some time. The stairwells are small going up and down the stick houses so if balance is a challenge for you I wouldn't recommend staying in one of these. A previous review mentioned how quickly the hot water runs out which upon further inspection you can find a very small tankless water heater in the bathroom. Don't expect the hot water to last long, but you won't miss it. The cold water is warm enough not to be shocking. After a hot day it's quite refreshing! If wildlife isn't your thing you might want to avoid this property. Our Stick house was not bug or lizard proof. We were fortunate enough to share our stick house with a 10-inch lizard who protected us from the smaller bugs. The air-conditioner works quite well but the condensation it produces has caused the wood case the pipe is in to totally rot away. There was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom, especially above the shower. The linens were clean, but in need of replacement. There were yellow stains all over the sheets and the robes, and the towels were frayed. The TV did have Apple AirPlay! The Wi-Fi worked during the day but had problems later at night. The breakfast is fresh and tasty but limited to 6 entrees. Two are Indonesian, Two are Western, and the other two are Cereal/Oatmeal. If you are looking for an "off the grid" super charming property this is the place for you. If you prefer the modern comforts then I would avoid this place.

Although the place is great, the room is not well-lit and it gets kind of scary at night. However, for what it's worth, it still is a great place to stay. The receptionists are very accommodating as well.
