비교적 다른 호텔에 비해 저렴한 가격으로 하루 묵었습니다. 멤피스 다운타운에서 그리 멀지 않아 차를 주차해 두고 돌아다닐 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

It was good overall.

They don’t show a tv in the pic when u book so when u check in it’s a extra 20 for a tv lol I have never booked hotel and this happened and no ice machine microwave or refrigerator in room the worst experience ever and couldn’t get refund

I can't remember the names of the office staff, however, they were very very pleasant, and exceptionally helpful. Upon my arrival, I was able to check in early which was a treat due to me having traveled from out of state. I was only there for one night... quick getaway to visit downtown Memphis. The TV's volume never worked after switching out four different remotes. I killed a roach on the countertop. The baseboards and trim on the countertop of the bathroom were very dingy. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and in good working condition. The bed linen need to be replaced due to stains that may never come out. I stripped everything down and sprayed with disinfectant (which I do it all hotels) and used only the linen that I felt were clean. I used my own towels, which was a good thing, because there were pubic hairs on the hotel towels. The area was ok/semi sketchy, but for the most part I was safe. Being female and traveling alone, I also brought along one of my home security cameras to monitor my car. The only reason I stayed is that I was just minutes from Beale Street, and because of the incredible price found online, which was non-refundable. It was basically a room for a trucker, or a one night stand. However, once again I give kudos to the staff for being so responsive.
