Sea Shell Palms, Ocho Rios

Staying at the Sea Shell Palm was a good enough experience. It is cousy, quaint, quiet, some accommodations are covered and the price isn't too bad. I would advise to walk with cash as there are things that having cards alone won't help. Overall not a bad choice for the price and they have great staff.

Good place

Sea shells is on the opposite side of the beach area. Newly decorated and clean. I ended up paying more for the night stay I put in 3 adults and 2 children however Agoda changed to 3 adults and had to pay £25 extra this is the second time Agoda has done this. Venue in more local area with local residents outside. Good security on property so felt safe. Definitely need a car to go into main part of Ochio. The rooms and bed good. Single beds very narrow mix match height so difficult to put the beds together for the children. A large deposit requested of 20,000 JA dollars was returned but inconvenient as only pad *** at other hotels.

I showed up at 10 am . Too early, check in at 3 pm . Demanded more money for early check in . Wouldn't pay and had to wait five hours to get in the room . It was horrible and ruined my stay . My fault for being early . I won't be back . Don't feel welcome here .
