• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1. Please inform the purpose of your reservation as there will be an extra charges of RM 300 for events (Party/ Birthday/Wedding etc) held in our unit & subject to our approval. 2. Please remove your shoes before you come into our house main entrance via the wooden door. 3. You must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of our neighbors in that area. Noise levels must be reduced after 10pm. We are VERY strict about this. 4. ILLEGAL Parties are not allowed in our premise & legal party like birthday celebration should be ended by 10pm & keep it low key and be considerate 5. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in the unit, please do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on this property. Additional charges of RM 200 if found smoking, whereas drugs or illegal activities will call POLICE.. 6. As our earth is sick, do conserve electricity. When leaving the house, please turn off lights, fan, air-con and others electrical items. Please don't waste water, NO WATER, NO LIFE 7. Please keep our house reasonably clean & tidy. Handle all the leftover or unwanted food into the proper tight seal bags before you putting them into the garbage bin out there to prevent uninvited pests 8. Please park your vehicles responsibly & thoughtfully. Do not obstruct / block the entrance to neighbour houses or do not double park at neighbour's gate. We are also very strict about this as our neighbour require parking too. 9. Remember to take your own belongings before leaving. Leave what belongs to the house which always refer to the checklist in our unit Any damage / loss of items in that entire house will have to pay the repair or the loss items accordingly. 10. Please take good care of the house key during your stay @ our unit & return the key upon check out to the lockbox. Loss of the house key will have the additional charge of RM 25. 11. Additional pax staying after 10th pax is with compulsory charge of RM 30/pax/night up to a max of 16pax.
