The location and value for money is excellent. The architecture and villa furnishings are beautiful! The beds were very soft. Villa is Very aesthetic. But cleanliness needs work. One of the bathroom smelled bad, the windows are all dusty. The villa is really beautiful but I think the owner needs to check if their property is being maintained well. 🥹💗🙏. I would still recommend the place tho.

Maintain the place
Pool area should have proper lighting, repaint the walls due to mold, kitchen area faucet water pipe leaking needs fix. But the the positive review is that bathrooms and bedrooms are clean.

Not Recommended
Price for 1 night is overpriced for the status of the villa. Pool part is unmaintained and they're using old photos to market it. The place does not look like the one on the photos anymore. Doors lock by itself and can't be opened even with keys without forcing it, staffs have no sense of urgency and busy playing mobile legends. The place is really old, creepy vibes on the bunk beds. Bad cellular reception, bad internet connection, karaoke on the pool isn't maintained as well as my group had to strip the wire behind the amplifier to properly connect the speaker to the amp to make it usable.

Place is neat, clean and spacious. Lots of stairs, not ideal for elderly. It would have been best if pool is heated. Overall, we had a great family time together.
