This is my 1st time staying in this hotel, and the experience was splendid. Initially wanted to give a bad review as my check in was delayed for an hour becos the rooms were not ready. I asked them to allocate a room to me asap as my father was feeling giddy and needs to rest. However, check in time was 2pm but till 3pm the rooms were still not ready for us. Budi came over to introduce himself as the manager and apologized for the delay and managed to give us the room in 10 mins time. The next day, we met at the breakfast, and he remembered my name and called me, and asked how was my father. This action made me feel so touched. Thumbs up to Budi and his team of ppl! They managed to change the customer’s negative experience into a positive review. I also realized that all the staff there were friendly and helpful. They smiled and acknowledged u whenever you pass by them. Will choose this hotel again the next time I go over.

Aston Nagoya City Hotel is strategically located with easy accessibility for food as there are many eating places nearby. The room is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and customer oriented. Always willing to render a helping hand to customers who need assistance.

Since my father was feeling giddy and needed to rest, I requested for a room to be allocated to us as soon as possible. Although the official check-in time was 2pm, our rooms were still not ready even at 3pm. At that point, Budi came over, introduced himself as the manager, sincerely apologised for the delay, and managed to arrange our room within just 10 minutes. The next morning at breakfast, we met him again. To my surprise, he remembered my name, greeted me personally, and even asked how my father was doing. That thoughtful gesture truly touched me and made a lasting impression. A big thumbs up to Budi and his team! I also noticed that all the staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. They would smile and acknowledge guests whenever you passed by, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. Despite the hiccup during check-in, they managed to turn what could have been a bad experience into a memorable and positive one. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit.
