Bonne et belle adresse... Accueil chaleureux, service hors pair, chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire requis pour un séjour reussi. Direct sur la plage, et belle piscine. Restaurant de qualité, petit déjeuner buffet complet et succulent. Vraiment une bonne et belle adresse.

I will NOT recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, I did not really enjoy my stay at Majestic Hotel. The room felt quite dated and would benefit from significant refurbishment and maintenance. There was also no direct way to contact reception from the room, so for even a simple request, we had to go downstairs to reception. The bathroom in particular felt very old and cramped and requires considerable maintenance as well as a thorough deep clean. During a completely normal shower, the water would accumulate on the floor and take quite some time to drain, which was inconvenient. There was also no proper rail or hook to hang even a single towel or item of clothing. Another small but noticeable issue was the lack of bins. There was only one small bin in the bathroom and none in the room itself. The breakfast was also disappointing. Most of the hot food was served cold or barely warm. The vegetarian rolls and croissants, in particular, did not taste fresh and felt somewhat stale. For a 4-star property, I expected better quality and presentation of the breakfast. Overall, the hotel also felt far too commercialised for a property that presents itself as a 4-star hotel. Even beach towels were charged at €2 per person per day. The swimming pool is also chargeable even during the hotel’s normal operating hours, which I found particularly disappointing for a 4-star hotel where access to basic hotel facilities would normally be expected to be included. In addition, once you check out, you cannot use the beach area. I found these additional charges difficult to justify for a property positioning itself as a 4-star beach hotel. The service at reception also did not leave a good impression. The staff were not particularly welcoming, and even very minor requests required management approval — for example, we had to wait for management confirmation for a 30-minute late checkout. At checkout, there was also a process of checking the minibar, room for any breakages, etc., which took additional time. Even after checkout, the service felt rather transactional. We sat at the hotel’s outdoor restaurant while waiting before leaving for the airport, and had barely taken our seats when a waiter immediately came over asking whether we would be ordering anything. We said yes and asked for the menu, mentioning that we had only just sat down. It was a small interaction, but it added to the overall impression that the focus was more on taking an order than on making guests feel comfortable and welcome. Overall, I don’t feel the hotel offers the level of facilities, service or value that I would expect from a 4-star property. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
