A nice roomy house with great views out over the lake. Not as many sofa beds as was described but luckily we had some blow up mattresses on hand and the very large rooms meant there was enough space for our large family to fit everyone in. Great communication from the owners. We highly recommend this place for any large families staying in Rotorua!
