I stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and overall it was a good experience. The biggest advantage is the location. It's in a great area, directly connected to a shopping mall, close to the stadium, and with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. One suggestion for future guests is to keep the receipt or proof of the security deposit collected at check-in. During check-out, the front desk did not mention the refund of the deposit, and I had to present the receipt before it was processed. It would be better if the hotel proactively reminded guests about the refund process to avoid any confusion. On the downside, the housekeeping could be improved. The cleanliness of the room did not fully meet my expectations, and I believe more attention to detail would make a big difference. Another disappointment was that the hotel provided only one complimentary bottle of drinking water at check-in for the entire stay, with no daily replenishment. For guests staying more than one night, it would be much better if bottled water were provided each day. As for the hotel's food, I didn't have the opportunity to try it. Since the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, I preferred dining there, as it offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, and a supermarket, making it easy to find meals and snacks at any time. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a short stay, thanks to its excellent location and friendly staff. With some improvements to housekeeping, guest amenities, and the check-out process for security deposits, it would provide an even better guest experience.

Opted for this hotel without much knowledge. Located beside Stade de Geneva it is good accommodation but in a commercial area so options for eating are limited to nearby mall. Room was attractive and soundproof and all amenities in the room were quality products. A little distant from central Geneva but efficient bus / tram service made it fairly accessible.

냉장고가 없는 것 빼고는 직원들도 친절했고 내부도 청결했다. 특히 창문 밖으로 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋았다.

J’ai retrouvé sur mes draps avec mon copain des tâches brunes et le savon de douche pour le corps asséchés trop la peau mais dans l’ensemble endroit sympathique !

We like to stay at this place. Clean and with friendly staff. Shopping and restaurants just closed by. Easy to reach city centre by tram and bus.
