Hotel Elite

Since I did not have hot water in my bathroom I notified the reception. After a very unfriendly response I was offered to change my room which I accepted. There again the water started coming out only lukewarm after having it running for several minutes. I told the staff (after being asked)about that without any further demands from my side to which I received a very rude answer that no one has ever had any problems but me and if I didn't like it I should go to a different hotel. In the evening I came into the room and had to find out that there was no towel in my room. The next morning at checkout I was blamed again by reception as to why I did not come to them to get a towel (impossible since the reception closes at 8pm and there was no one there when I returned). On top of it I got a really bizzare email after leaving in which the staff claimed that all towels were in my room (no true I just had 2, rugs for the floor instead of a bath towel) and even included the colleague I was traveling with in the email.What the F***! Rudest and most defensive staff ever!never again!!!
