The hotel is in a fantastic position right beside the lake, with many of the rooms having great views, and the service from the staff was very good. However, the hotel is currently undertaking some renovations, and these are needed, as some of the facilities are looking dated. Our room was spacious with an uninterrupted view of the lake, and a modern bathroom and automated blinds on our balcony. The main restaurant also looked as though it had already been renovated, but the other public areas, inside and out, need modernisation in my opinion. Some of this work was underway during our stay, although this had minimal impact on our experience. The facilities we used in the Spa were good, with a sun deck that had direct access to the lake. We arrived by train, and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel, although the walk back had a short uphill section as we reached the station.

When I stay there two weeks ago . The hotel is still in construction.. staff at the check-in was nice and friendly. Buy some stuff at the restaurant not impressed me all. I had a breakfast there and I went to sit on the table that somebody sat there before , the staff at the hotel they’re not even come and put the new catering for me cutlery for us !! And we are sitting on a table on the sun and I asked some stuff to help me move the table a bit ! And they said we don’t move the table if you don’t want to sit on the Sung you have to move to sit on another table ! That was not impressed me at all from the Swiss service hotel !!

No le doy mejor puntuación a este Hotel porque no es accesible. Tiene un ascensor mínimo y tiene seis o siete escalones para llegar a la habitación. Nos dejaron dos albornoces que nos dijeron que teníamos que devolver en recepción para asegurarse de que no nos los lleváramos y no tener que cobrarnos 50 € por cada uno, y tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación, a menos que lo pidieras explícitamente en recepción, según ellos, por motivos ecológicos…. Muy cutre. Las almohadas eran nefastas, muy muy blandas. Así que la noche fue bastante mala.

Stayed for just one night On a road trip to Italy, I was Allocated a gorgeous room With A sun lounge and a view of lake Lucern. The welcome I received from Staff was exceptional and they were so helpful in me getting my car in a decent spot because it was full to the brim with belongings. I was taking to Italy.! Had a fantastic workout in the gym followed by a lovely couple of hours relaxing in the beautiful spa before a great night sleep Breakfast again, fantastic lovely lovely Staff, and a cracking view over the lake. The only criticism I could make is that some of the public areas were very dark and overly in need of a renovation, But I will take good stuff and good food over Appearance any day Such a treat!

入った瞬間壮大な景色に圧倒されました。また、ハネムーンと伝えたところ綺麗に装飾していただき本当に素敵なひとときを過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
