Awesome place, nice, clean, and spacious. And once you go out to the street, there are many shops nearby such as a meat shop, bakery, and pharmacy. The owner is also very kind and accommodating.

Ane Rose Homestay has accommodating staff, clean room & bathroom, comfortable matress, kitchen utilities, and genset in case of power outage — ideal for working at home. They also have transport service for a cheap price, and free parking area.

The place is located in San Juan, just near the beaches, restaurants, bars, and other hotels. It’s also perfect for WFH setup since they have Starlink with fast and reliable internet.

1. The place is very budget friendly! 2. It was very very clean. 3. The owners were SUPER kind! They helped me with navigating the area to visit! Helped me with transportation. With cooking food and overall just very helpful and friendly people. 4. Location was a little bit far off from the areas we planned to visit but it was okay. 5. They had an outside kitchen with water. We cooked our breakfast and headed on our way. No need to worry about the water supply aswell, it was helpful for us. I highly recommend this place.

C'est une jolie maison avec des chambres spatieuses et des hôtes gentils. Attention car éloigné de la ville donc scooter obligatoire. Gros bémol sur la salle de bain et sur la propreté générale. Les murs étaient assez sales et y'avait bcp de bêtes.
