It's a nice and pleasant setup. We had to pay for amenities such as karoake, pool table, playstation etc. I think resort can consider going by booking in advance instead of charging as there isn't much things to do here and considering the fact that it's a long drive from nearby shops and restaurants to the resort and not near any beach side. its more for those who want to get away from the regular city lifestyle for a weekend. Other than that the rooms are okay, could consider adding a fan in the rooms and also balcony for those who enjoy getting some air in the balcony. There was a cockroach in the kitchen built in cabinet, please ensure that pest control is done. Another improvement could be the pool towels - allow guests to take the pool towels and return it at our convenience rather than only allowing us to use it at the swimming pool vicinity which doesn't make sense. Apart from that the longue doesn't serve any food, should consider having the buffet setup or allow guests to order meals and enjoy at the longue area. Staff were pleasant and accommodating, overall room was comfortable howver water shower hot water wasn't very hot at all even at max. Thank you.

By and large, the villa we stayed was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean. The minor issues were flies in the villa; however flies trap were placed for our use. It would have been better should the toiletries were replenished sufficiently. It was a pleasant experience in total and we would not mind staying at the villa again. With some improvements, SGI Villa would be a wonderful place to stay!

I booked for 3 days & 2 nights & satisfied with the room assigned. During the check-in day, the receptionist remind not to open the windows since monkeys can enter the room. Cleanliness of the room was good, toilet also was good but the bidet need to control the water since it was broken. They provided pantries with facilities to cook (pan, knife, cutleries, bowls & plates) , reheat food & keep the food in refrigerator. Housekeeping will tidy up the room every 3rd day. If you stay less than 3 days, housekeeping not tidy up your room. Toilet facilities : has hair-dryer, shower & shampoo with shower cap & sanitary bag. Others like brush teeth & etc. Need to bring by yourself. Location to the City : took 10-15 mins to travel since this place is a bit far from city. If you want to travel on the night, the road felt so empty but it provided with road light. Overall, it was a good experience stay at this place. During check-out, the receptionist charged extra RM3 since the previous PIC forgot to calculate for 2 night = RM6 instead just calculate for 1 night only. RM3 is compulsory charge by Perak gov traveller.

The room was comfortable. The only issue was with the bathroom facilities, as repairs were being carried out on the pipes and shower. There were also quite a lot of flies, and the food places were a bit far. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you.

Overall stay was pleasant. Except the facilities (swimming pool, sauna, receptionist, beach & etc) was 500-600meter from the villa, which required us to drive or call for buggy.. 2bedroom villa was spacious. Good for small family. Bear in mind the place was isolated from nearest town (30min drive). Please be prepared with necessary groceries (if needed) prior to coming to the place. Overall stay experience was 4/5.. 👍
