I found hairs on the floor, on the wall in the bathroom, and on the sheets, when I came into the room. People at the reception and a cleaner who I saw in the hallway were kind. The facility is older and I didn’t feel the building was completely safe. It was 15 minutes walk to the place where the workshop was held that I attended, which was convenient. No restaurants or grocery shop is nearby but you can easily get food with Grubhub, and so on.

You have what is needed in the room and within reach. There is much space for your luggage, clothes to hang, a very comfortable bed with more than 2 pillows, a big TV, a lot of lighting, a microwave, tea pot ( wish they had tea bags though), refrigerator, strong aircon ( outside heat 100+). I specifically loved the sink couner right in the room at the corner instead of in the bathroom. It was then convenient to put my groceries on top and refrigerator underneath and microwave on the same counter. It was all comfortable and within reach.

Hair just about everywhere on the bathroom floor. Unknown sticky stuff on bathtub and shower walls. I refrained from using it.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic...well worth the extra charge.

I being a student, had come for an interview at LLU and had a short stay. The location is perfect for the people who are coming at LLU. This place is at the walking distance from the university. Staff and reception people are warm and welcoming. This was my second stay at the hotel and it was very pleasant one.
