We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The pool was not too cold and they had extra kid floats if you forgot yours. The hot tub was hot and had jets. The employees were nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was minimal, but they did have a waffle maker.

The staff was terrible. They’re not friendly. They are not kid friendly. Our kids were laughing and we were worn that if they didn’t quite now that we would be thrown out of the hotel.. we were scared to sneeze.. later on the evening, they knocked on the door and said there was a noise complaint, that there was too much running around on the floor, but our kids was literally sitting on the bed talking and watching television. I have never had this to happen before.

We were refused a room for my daughters birthday because apparently they don’t accept chime cards even though they billed my chime card in advance. They also refused to give me a refund all while saying we were trash and he don’t rent to my people. I would avoid this place at all costs. It’s ok though we went next door to another hotel not associated and we’re treated with respect and dignity and never had a problem. Do not waste your time and money on such a ignorant establishment.

Well, I guess aside from being verbally assaulted, cursed at, threatened and my wife and I being insulted by the night clerk as we left. You could say overall it was absolutely horrible. You would expect in a newly renovated 100% non-smoking hotel that you would not find 5 plus cigarette burns in the mattress pad, blood, insect bodies, urine stains etc. You get my point. We requested clean sheets, and after 90 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. The nightmare of a night desk clerk (who is only there to collect a check with no regard to the duties and responsibilities attached to that check) was apparently too busy sitting down ignoring me to do her job. I'm sure it was a extremely difficult task to get up and bring a set of sheets to the second floor at 1:30 in the morning. Her behavior bordered on unhinged, no it was unhinged. Wanting to fight me? Screaming insultes at my wife? This woman? Threatening to beat me up because the crap I'm seeing she's telling me isn't really there and then when I show her pics it's "hey, **** happens." Like it's my fault the place is a dump and should understand and be OK with it. Garbage dump with paint and a wanna be female mma thug hired as a night front desk clerk who threatens customers as they leave the sub sub sub standard 85sq ft room accommodations. Just for perspective, we left that nightmare (the clerk i mean) but left the hotel also, checked in another hotel less than a mile away. The room was 350 square feet as opposed to 85 sq ft. same price? I think the rooms have been cut in two or three to make more rooms. Don't ever check into a hotel where the staff invites you to a fist fight if you don't like something about the room. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!! I made a conscience decision not to let this one instance ruin our weekend but I could have easily filed a complaint for terroristic threats against both the hotel and the employee.
