무스코카 베이 리조트

Heading up to Gravenhurst was a wonderful getaway for us. The location of Muskoka Bay resort is beautiful. Meals in the restaurant were delicious, although we had to wait more than half an hour for our table, even though we had a reservation. The rooms are spare, white with stainless steel in the kitchen, no carpeting on the floors and little furniture to set down suitcases, or any pillows that you don't need from the bed. I don't like to put things on the floor. The weather was cool so we wanted to be somewhere cozy. The pool and the sauna are removed from the hotel, so you need to take a shuttle bus. I had wanted to take advantage of the sauna because the weather was cold, but the thought of going outside bundled up and then stripping down off site just didn't appeal to me.... We were there in April, but the pool site did look very pretty so I imagine it's lovely sitting out there in the summer months.

New facilities overlooking the golf green. Grounds exceptionally maintained. Room had everything you need, however, it felt too sterile for us. We could not make the coffee maker work. The dishwasher would start every time we closed the door. Bathroom is very large and can accommodate a wheelchair.
