Ideal for de-stressing from the city life. The place is far from the usual places we all know in Camotes but it is best for a quiet vacation😉

Piscines vides en arrivant. On nous dit qu’elles seront remplies le lendemain, puis le jour suivant « peut être demain… ». Ce n’est pas correct. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits, personne n’est venu faire les lits et changer les serviettes. Lavabo sale et très entartré. Frigo ne marche pas. Un cauchemar!

I’m giving this place 3 stars because it did not fully meet the expectations my partner and I had based on the photos we saw online. One of the things we were most excited about was the swimming pool, but when we arrived, it was a bit different from what we expected. We were also disappointed with the internet connection. There was no Wi-Fi available in our room, and the mobile signal was not very reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. Another issue was the air conditioner. Even after adjusting the temperature, it did not feel cold enough, especially during warmer hours. We also noticed a lot of mosquitoes around the room, particularly in the bathroom because of the open space in that area. On a positive note, the staff provided good service and were accommodating throughout our stay. However, we felt that the food was quite overpriced for its quality and taste. There is still room for improvement when it comes to the menu. If the prices are going to remain high, I hope the food quality and taste can be improved to match the cost. Overall, my partner and I still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beauty of the place. However, there are several areas that could be improved to make the experience better for future guests. I hope management will consider these suggestions and continue improving their facilities and services.

The resort has a huge and beautiful property with a lot of potential for travelers and tourists who enjoy exploring spacious and scenic places. The surroundings and overall ambiance are excellent, and the location itself could truly offer a relaxing experience. However, the resort unfortunately lacks proper maintenance and management. Some areas of the property appear neglected, and the pool was not usable during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Customer service also needs significant improvement, as the staff were not very accommodating or attentive to guests’ concerns. The place has great potential to become a top destination, but it would greatly benefit from better upkeep, improved facilities, and more welcoming customer service to attract and satisfy more visitors.

In itself the resort is nice and offers a beautiful view, the staff is very nice and kind, and big-up to the cook who is really good ! Now... the price of the food at the restaurant VS other resorts in the same range, is high by +50%, but I admit that it's good and well executed. The resort lacks maintenance in my opinion. Is it because we're in low season and few guests, but the lower pool was dirty and I don't even know if it was in use. The rooms are clean but the bedding wasn't confortable in our room. One side of the matras was firm and the other side not... the bathroom lacks also maintenance. Toilet hose should be changed for instance. Small details to be changed or upgraded, but in the end it's a lot. And worst thing for us was the access with our motorbike. Very dangerous road, even with a car very tricky. It's a real shame to have such a resort and such a bad access...
