I wanted to like this motel as I grew up around the corner and was travelling back to where I lived growing up, staying here for the first time. However, I was greeted at reception by a staff member who asked for payment when I had already booked online & paid. When I explained that, they tried to tell me that they don't use the 3rd party provider that I booked through. I had to show them on my phone my booking was paid & confirmed. It felt like I had done something wrong, and it caused me unnecessary stress when checking in should be a pleasant experience. There was no apology. For this reason I would not choose to stay here again as there are other options.
