Very beautiful place

Sobrang overrated ng place ganda sa picture pero pangit sa personal di worth it yung 4k na binayad. Yung place malayo sa dagat, yung rooms bukod sa ang liliit may mga ipis pa sira pa mga electric fan, yung mga CR walang lock, yung rooms malapit sa mga kulungan ng aso mapanghi, nung gabi na nag vibideoke yung kabilang ressort hangga ala una wala man lang considerasyon mga lasing pa kumakanta di kami naka tulog.

We’ve stayed overnight, aesthetic really Bali vibes themed hut. Booked thru Agoda coz it’s cheaper however we’ve been told a lot times during out stay that shouldn’t book thru it. It’s like we’ve been labeled as guest thru Agoda which is annoying to be called many times like that. the room is so dusty, the blanket linen pillow case smells bad like it was not changed. We’ve told them and had it changed but still smells the same, so i think it’s not just the linens with foul smell but the pillow and mattress as well. Quite a long wait as well to be assisted checking out, as parking isnt near and you’ll have to walk on a bridge and wooden path to get outside so it’s hard when you’ve got a luggage. Overall it is really the cleanliness that’s been out issue

Me and my 2 kids went to this resort so early like around 10 am if im not mistaken. the staff told me that standard check in is going to be around 2pm. we went out and had lunch outside, we arrived at 3pm only to find out that we are the only guest for that day! management should have made arrangement for early check in since we are the only guest on that day. I actually booked 3D and 2N with them via agoda. upon showing the room, i am actually shocked that what I have booked is a fan room. the fan room they have is as simple as a matress and a fan. Since I am with my 2 kids, i have a lot of things which is actually for them. the nightmare did not stop there, obviously the room does not have a private bathroom, the receptionist informed us that there is a common bathroom which is i think it is beside to the dog house. My son went to the said bathroom to take a pee, and he was disgusted with the condition, a lot of mosquito flying inside the said toilet and the smell is unbearable. in short it is not well maintained. I complained about the room and told them that i think there was a mistake, because upon booking with agoda there is no mentioned fan room. the management of the resort admitted that there is a problem with agoda on how they advertise the resort because they hide the details of the room so they can make a sale and that is what actually happened to me. i do not want to spoil the trip so I asked if i can upgrade the room instead. luckily there is an available cabin with A/C but still a common bathroom. i have no choice but to accept since that is our first day. management told us that the cabin they are going to give is only available for a night. because by tomorrow, it is already booked with another guest and we have to transfer to the room we originally booked which is the fan room which is literally a fan and a matress only. just imagine for staying there for a night, a lot of trees nearby, there is a river as you can see on yhe photos they have. i have no doubt that the mosquitos will swarm our room at night and will carry you 100%. Imagine the kids having alot of mosquito bites and of course the possibility of having dengue is there. Because of this chaos happened which I bitterly swallowed and accepted, the resort management offered us a complimentary breakfast.
