property is nice, constructed very beautifully but not maintained. some handles, door stoppers and lights are not working. food is tasty. service is good. overall its good.

I’ll start with the only positives because everything else about this property is a complete mess. Pros: • The food was decent. • The staff (except the manager) were polite and at least tried to help. Cons (where the real story is): This property is shockingly bad. It is far worse than anything shown on Agoda. The condition of the rooms and overall infrastructure is pathetic and unacceptable. The electricity setup looks extremely suspicious. Power supply is unreliable and feels like some illegal or temporary arrangement rather than a proper hotel connection. They “provide” room heaters that are completely useless. Even after running all night, the room temperature doesn’t increase by even 2 degrees. To make it worse, the manager has a terrible attitude and behaves as if providing a non-working heater is some big favour. Massive waste of money. This place isn’t worth more than ₹***per night — and honestly, I wouldn’t stay here even if they paid me that amount. In peak winter (December/January), they’ve installed a laughable 10-liter geyser in the bathrooms. Expect ice-cold baths or none at all. The geyser takes 1 to 1.5 hours to heat water, and the excuse given is that the water is “too cold.” Unless this hotel is sourcing water directly from glaciers, this explanation is absurd. It’s painfully obvious that the owner is completely absent and has left the property in the hands of an incompetent manager who has no clue how to run a hotel. Even worse, the owner seems equally uninterested in maintaining the place. Biggest red flag of all: during peak season (Christmas and New Year), this property was completely empty, while every decent hotel nearby was fully booked. That alone tells you everything you need to know. If the owners want this property to survive even one more tourist season, they need to fix the basics — electricity, heating, management, and service attitude. Otherwise, this place is headed straight for closure, and frankly, it wouldn’t be surprising. Strongly NOT recommended.
