Pros: The place was well maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious and had all the necessary facilities.The location was great, in the main part of the city. Cons: The breakfast was average, even though they had multiple items, the taste was ok. The parking is in the basement and you have to walk through the side of the building to reach it. Even though they have a lift that could take you directly to the parking, they always keep it off, stating some reason or the other. Also, the key cards are valid for only 12 hrs. So you need to update the card every time at the reception. Overall it is a good place at a central location. But their policies are not customer friendly and needs to be improved.

I visited this hotel solo on a motorcycle. I stayed overnight and the stay was pleasant. The room was quite spacious. Both the room and bathroom were neat and clean. However, the property seems a bit old now. The bathroom could be kept much cleaner. Google says that this is a 3-star hotel. I think the management needs to up its game if they want to justify the 3 stars. The reception staff and all the other staff members were helpful and polite. The hotel has a wheelchair ramp and a lift. The receptionist said that they have a dedicated parking lot. I parked my motorcycle in the front as the receptionist advised that it was safe.

Very good hotel to stay room was good.

Rooms looks hygiene but bed sheets and pillows are dusty and tv was not functioning properly and then came and repaired that but still remotes and everything was bit difficult to manage but staffs are really good and was helpful.
