Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

The swimming pool had very dirty water, they don’t have hot water in the bathroom also very dirty water coming out from the faucet so we end up not taking a shower just used wipes to clean up our selfs, the employees is trying to fix the water heater inside the bathroom but didn’t succeed they said they can’t do anything about it, I asked if we can transfer another room with a hot shower but they said it’s not available because all their rooms are the same and the owner don’t want it. We ordered a food for almost 1,000 pesos but when the food was ready we eat on a paper plate, plastic forks and spoons how awful is that,! 😆 when I ask why?, they don’t have a regular or decent plates? The employees told us they served it like that because they don’t have any dishes to used all those is in other hotels because the Owner has another hotels every thing is in that hotel because it’s more expensive… how ridiculous,! in when I asked for a napkins they don’t have it the employee give me a toilet paper 🧻 instead because again everything was in the other hotel…no wonder we are the only guest in that hotel. I will not book that hotel again or recommend to anyone it’s horrible experience. Or the other Hotel the owner have, by the way this is the name of the other hotel ….it’s the Treasure Island Hotel with Mini Water Adventure!!! In Masbate

I’ve been into other hotels but this is the 1st hotel that I was charged for the food delivery for breakfast which is is included when I booked & charge me for 500 because the bedsheet in my daughter’s bed got dirty. Aircon is leaking & room floor is flooded with water..
