Owner/caretaker was really helpful and accomodating. The house will be all yours kitchen is available. However water pressure is an issue, no hot shower,microwave. Its a quite area except the commencementof community activities for town festivities which Starts last week of March to April 26.

The place is very spacious & organised & clean; Nanay Bebie one of d owner is very accomodating & kind; There is no shower heater but it is fine with us;we suggest to put faucet on the comfort room.

We stayed in Villa Vallentina for 2 nights and 3 days and it was the most pleasant experience ever! Nanay is very hospitable and always smiling! When we checked out she even gave us UBE for pasalubong to our family 🏡 I would highly recommend Villa Valentina to anyone whose looking to stay in Anda, the house is near the public beach in Anda and near their market as well. I will definitely be back!

Villa Valentina Review This is a two level home with approx. 3,200 square foot of space. Two bedrooms in the second level have private full bathrooms and the remaining three bedrooms share a full bathroom. Living/dining space is around 900 square feet. Twelve foot ceiling in the living area and twenty five foot ceiling in the dining area. Recessed lighting in the living space while the dining space is lit with twin six light contemporary hanging fixtures. The hanging light fixtures have options for color temperature and intensity. The formal dining table has a dozen chairs and a side table. Two full bathroom in the dining/living space. The kitchen has 25 square feet of space fitted with L shaped marble counter and a picture window. There’s one sink and faucet, a built in three burner gas stove with overhead lighting and exhaust. The refrigerator has 5.4 cubic foot capacity. A saute pan, a kitchen knife, colander, and a dish rack are available. Two separate 2 x 4 foot wooden work tables in the kitchen. Enough silverware and dishes for two dozen guests. The architectural detail is contemporary. Textured grey tiles in the kitchen. White tiles in the living/dining area bordered with black tiles. The crown, ceiling, and floor moldings are natural varnished wood. The staircase with landing and the floor space in the second level are varnished wood. The windows are sliding glass and allows natural light to fill the indoor spaces. A checkerboard pattern lighting artwork adorns the wall facing the main entrance. This is a pretty home with plenty of space. You receive a key to your room and the housekeeper has the key to the main door. The property owner books the house to one party at a time giving you privacy. I will definitely return to Villa Valentina when I visit Anda in the future.
