Perfect 👌🏼

I booked a stay at Julie's Hostel Taman Negara for 12 September 2026. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly, the overall experience requires significant improvement. To start, no car parking was provided despite being explicitly listed on the booking. Regarding our stay, we checked in late at 7:00 PM, and the room listing clearly stated a 12:00 PM checkout the following day. However, the operator texted and pushed us to check out early at 11:00 AM, which was frustrating since we paid for the full daily rate. The room itself was very small and compact. The towels provided had an unpleasant smell, and flies were everywhere at night, making it difficult to rest comfortably. While the hospitality of the local staff is appreciated, management must align their actual amenities with their booking descriptions, respect agreed check-out times, and address cleanliness and pest control issues immediately.
