I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay. The room facilities were outdated, with worn locks and air conditioning units, raising concerns about safety. Unacceptably, both the sink and bathtub were damaged, unable to drain or close properly, causing major inconvenience for basic hygiene needs. The condition of the shower gel and shampoo was questionable, withyellow stains and dust covering them, suggesting they might have been repackaged. Moreover, the room lacked a hairdryer. Despite multiple reminders and requests, the hotel staff failed to provide one within an hour and even falsely claimed it was equipped in the bathroom. When I couldn’t find it, the front desk offered no feedback or solutions. Overall, the subpar service and facilities of the hotel severely affected my travel experience. I regretfully leave this negative review and advise other travelersto consider carefully before booking here.

Good staff with good breakfast Room is clean but in old style Location is not near the city centre

1박만 하고 다음날 바로 아부심벨갔다가 룩소르 이동할거여서 위치 상관옶이 예매했었는데 중심부와는 떨어져있으나 호텔 부대시설로 수영장과 레스토랑 이용 만족스러웠습니다 맥주도 마실수있어서 좋았습니다

When we checked in we had to wait more than half a hour to get assigned our room, we were told it was being cleaned, this was a few hours after checking began so we thought that was a little odd especially after a long morning after going to Abu Simbel. For Aswan, this hotel is nice, the room was very large and had a great view. Even though it had just been cleaned the floors and everything were pretty dusty, like an actual layer of sand/dust was on all the floors and glass surfaces of tables, my boyfriend couldn’t stand it and went over the whole room with a wet towel and moped it all bc he could see the cleaners boot prints from when they had given it a once over. This may be because there is very active renovation happening in our floors and the halls and common spaces were all dusty/dirty. The AC never really got cold by American standards, we had 2 areas with AC but neither really got cold, we were still pretty warm all night which is a drawback for us. The pool was nice, and all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The food wasn’t great, we got room service and the breakfast buffet, most things were lacking in flavor, but the price was very reasonable. Overall I would reccomend this hotel because there aren’t a lot of good options in Aswan at this price point, and you can tell that once whatever renovations are happening are complete this hotel will look very nice again and maybe the cleanliness will improve as well, as the cleaning staff did a much more thorough job the semiconductor day. Can’t beat the view though, really beautiful.

We booked for 2 nights in October as a family of four. We arrived very early but the staff kindly expedited a room to be available for us within an hour so we had time to visit the nearby Nubian Museum. The location is stunning, sitting atop the highest point in Aswan, overlooking the various islands that occupy the Nile below the Aswan Dam. The food is good, we opted for the breakfast only but did eat off the A la Carte menu - the Nubian dish selection is delicious - breakfast is okay but nothing special. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is a great addition for hot afternoons, and the prices are highly reasonable and in line with most other hotels in the area. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
