Really great value for your money. Food is very good, people are not pushy and resort is clean. Kid friendly too!

I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Garden Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very honest. Special thanks to Mr. Shaaban, the restaurant manager, for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and attention to every guest. He truly made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. I usually come every year in October with my family because we like the place and its atmosphere. This time, I booked a family suite through Agoda. When I arrived, the reception refused to allow my two children (aged 9 and 3) to enter, saying that I hadn’t included them in the booking. I explained that the hotel’s own website clearly states that children under 13 years old stay free in a family suite, but they insisted that this only applies to bookings made directly through their website, not through Agoda. I was very disappointed because I was forced to pay extra for my children or risk having my booking canceled — which was non-refundable. It was really frustrating, especially since my budget was limited this year. In the end, I had to pay the extra charge for my kids. The hotel later gave us 5 extra hours of late checkout as compensation, which I appreciate, but I still felt sad about being forced to pay additional fees for young children when most hotels around the world allow kids under 12 to stay for free.
