Hotel is old needs renovation. Bath is very small. No facilities

The room was beautiful, the staff were lovely and cooperative, the restaurant was perfect, always I took my meals from them.

Me and my family had comfortable staying at this otel , staff were rescpectful, kind and helpful, they afford us many choices as we had problem in our booking they did thier best to help us which is thing we really appreciate it , i really recommend this otel and if i have chance i will come back again!

English – Hotel Review Overall, the hotel has a good atmosphere and the common areas, especially the lobby and restaurant, are generally clean and well-maintained. The location is also convenient, although there are not many services nearby, such as a supermarket or pharmacy, so a taxi is often necessary. The breakfast, however, was one of the weaker points of our stay. It was not always fresh or tasty, and there was very little variety. The bread, in particular, was fresh and delicious on only one day during our 7-day stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service did not meet the expected standard. The bathroom was not cleaned at all during our entire 7-day stay, and the bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed. Some of the towels provided in the room were also dirty and noticeably worn out. While the hotel itself and its public areas were clean, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms clearly need improvement. On the positive side, the reception and restaurant staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff did not interact with guests in a professional manner and their service was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. Overall, the hotel has good potential, a pleasant atmosphere, and very good staff in the reception and restaurant. However, improvements in housekeeping, room cleanliness, and breakfast quality would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Türkçe – Otel Değerlendirmesi Genel olarak otelin atmosferi güzel ve özellikle lobi ile restoran gibi ortak alanlar temiz ve bakımlı. Otelin konumu da oldukça uygun. Ancak yakın çevrede market veya eczane gibi hizmetlerin fazla olmaması nedeniyle çoğu zaman taksi kullanmak gerekiyor. Kahvaltı ise konaklamamızın zayıf noktalarından biriydi. Kahvaltılık ürünler her zaman taze ve lezzetli değildi ve yiyecek çeşitliliği oldukça sınırlıydı. Özellikle ekmek, 7 günlük konaklamamız boyunca sadece bir gün taze ve lezzetliydi. Maalesef oda temizliği beklediğimiz standardın altında kaldı. 7 günlük konaklamamız boyunca banyomuz hiç temizlenmedi. Yatak çarşafları ve yastık kılıfları da değiştirilmedi. Ayrıca odada bırakılan bazı havlular kirli ve oldukça yıpranmış durumdaydı. Otelin genel alanları temiz olmasına rağmen, odaların temizliği ve bakımı konusunda ciddi iyileştirmelere ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünüyorum. Olumlu olarak, resepsiyon ve restoran çalışanları oldukça kibar, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ancak kat hizmetleri/oda temizliği personelinin misafirlerle iletişimi ve hizmet anlayışı beklenen profesyonellik seviyesinde değildi. Genel olarak otelin iyi bir potansiyeli, güzel bir atmosferi ve özellikle resepsiyon ile restoran bölümünde çok iyi çalışanları var. Ancak oda temizliği, kat hizmetleri ve kahvaltı kalitesinde yapılacak iyileştirmeler, misafirlerin genel deneyimini önemli ölçüde geliştirecektir.
