There’s an airport transfer service which you have to choose before booking. You can Whatsup the hotel for an airport pick up. Best to quote your Booking Number.! The staffs are professional, friendly and very considerate. I asked for an airport pick up but they didn’t have the information on my booking YET so there was a miscommunication. So I took my own taxi to the hotel. But otw to the hotel, they figured out that I booked with an airport transfer service so they asked me to wait and they can provide me a car for pick up but I told them that I am on a taxi already otw to the hotel. Upon checking in, they apologized right away and they compensated me with a free breakfast. I told them that I included breakfast when I booked my room but they said there wasn’t a breakfast included but they gave me a free breakfast anyways. They arranged my private car otw to the airport the next day. My room is super clean, smells good, comfy bed, nice towels great lighting and a great coffee maker. Also I was surprised to see a bottle of wine on my table with a note.. an apology letter and a welcome letter. That was a very touching personal touch which I didn’t expect. Breakfast was good with fresh salad and hot meals, fresh bread and pastries, juices and deserts. Their coffee maker wasn’t ON coz it’s Shabbat day. The hotel is just beside the hospital, pharmacy and a small mall which has a local grocery store with a bakery, local food stall, Pizza Hut and Mc Donald’s. Overall my stay was great!! My room is quiet, TV has lots of channels in English and other languages. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would love to come back again.

Our room was just in front of a large reception room were 40 people were having a party … how can you imagine organizing such an event un in an hotel where most people have to take early flight the day after ? Reception person was very kind and helpful however and the room is great. Bad luck this day !

If you looking for a clean and cosy place to stay near the airport, this hotel suits your need. Only 15-20mins ride to airport with hotel free shuttle bus. Good buffet breakfast & free happy hour! We enjoyed the stay & the friendly staffs are very welcoming.

Clean hotel with all what is needed. Too bad that tv wasn't working, entrance door was chipped and safe we found locked with somebody's code.
