The staff and customers were very friendly which was very nice and the room is ok (the bed made the room look nice). I did find the bathroom facilities lacking (no sink in toilets and if the bathrooms are in use you can’t wash your hands and the hot water in the shower was at times deciding not to work as I overheard another guest say it too) but overall it was a nice stay and price wise I’d recommend.

Booked online, great price. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Room had new furniture, comfortable bed and tea/coffee facilities. Several bathrooms and separate toilets. Excellent meals in the bistro.

Good service, affordable accommodation. Room was small but adequate. Main complaint was amount of noise through the walls/windows, and the very musty smell.

Argyle Hotel, Southern Highlands was a spontaneous act due to being homeless and the price of the room was just right also so much cheaper then anywhere that night in Moss Vale due to low funds i had occurred. Booking online was a quick and efficient transaction, I obtained the Queen room with shared bathroom for a great price being the last room left that night i was really stoked. Argyle Hotel is a great hotel with great hospitality and kindness from all their employees. The employees that night took pride in there jobs but it isnt just a job. There hospitality with the customer was very rewarding to see. The hotel is value for money, in the room you get tea and coffee with milk supplied, a wall mounted tv with ac for your comfort. The amenities are clean and also stocked for your convenience. In the rooms you don't need to worry about the noise because you can't actually here any like they are soundproof. Hahaa x I really did enjoy myself thank you again. X

I had the room next to me doing a weights session at 2.20am, kindly knocked on his wall. The bathrooms were not cleaned daily, toilet was the obvious, but paper towel was not restocked, confirming it. Pillows are just barely a pillow. A jug in the room but you have to supply cup and everything to go with it, then there is no where to keep milk. Why bother! Sad, but I would rather head towards Goulburn and pay for a motel room for same price.
